Hey everyone, I did a little Goonies themed custom O-No Sushi for this fun extension of the annual Crazy 4 Cult show! Pics after the opening, which is on Saturday night in San Francisco. I regrettably won’t be in attendance, but plenty of other great artists will be!

A few teaser images for my custom Sketchbot figure!

I’ve been so busy trying to finish up my piece that I almost forgot to post about the show! The show opens at Myplasticheart NYC in one week! Click through to check out the artist roster.

See the Work In Progress over here…

Here we come to the end of the Three Strikes project! I had hoped to make it a little fancier, but deadlines are deadlines and plans had to be adjusted accordingly. It turned out to be pretty simple and sweet, hopefully you enjoy it!

Come see it in person, Tonight through the 15th only! Sold already, sorry!

Masking time! Here I’ve cut a small heart shape into an adhesive vinyl frisket. I protected the surrounding area and sprayed a few light coats.

People told me that they enjoyed my behind-the-scenes of Milo And Ditch earlier this year, so I thought I’d do a little one for my Munnyworld figure. This isn’t quite as involved, but still fun to share the work. Munnyworld opens this Thursday and runs through the 15th.

We start out with a big ole blank 20″ MUNNY figure that Kidrobot was nice enough to send months in advance. I, of course, did not get around to working on it until a few days before deadline. Woops.

Here are some final pictures of Milo and Ditch, click through for more/larger pics up on Flickr.

This is part 2 of the work in progress of Milo and Ditch, part 1 is here!

I moved over to Illustrator to mock up some of the more detailed areas. I did some research on incredibly colorful poison dart frogs to help inspire a back design for Ditch.

A few months back, MINDstyle and Disney teamed up to launch Experiment 626, an international tour of customized Stitch vinyl figures from a wide variety of artists. Due to my schedule I was only able to recently crack open the big box of Stitch that had been sitting in my studio for months. Fortunately my piece is finally done, and will be joining many fine pieces in the tour in San Diego at the International Comic Con next week!
I figured this was a good opportunity to give you a quick behind the scenes look at my piece, “Milo and Ditch”.

First we start off with a nice piece of clean white rotocast vinyl direct from MINDStyle. Stitch is about about 11″ tall (with ears!).

“Road Trip” was the Print Club+ print for April. It’s a 13″x19″ print featuring a photo of my recent custom Filth wagon / sculpture for Kidrobot. Signed and numbered edition of 50, about 15 left in the shop.

This was the runner-up image with a great Feed Store in the background. I felt the first one worked better as a print, but I thought I would share this one as well!

Kidrobot rolls out it’s Filth wagons today with a custom show and appearance in their LA store 6-8pm. My wagon will be on display for a while.
