I Love Munny 3.0 / Caracas wrapup

The Freak Store has posted a slideshow from the I Love Munny event that I helped judge along with Tara McPherson and Jon Burgerman. (I ended up buying Ana Sanchez’s “Tooth Fairy” for my personal collection!)

Hola from Venezuela! As you may have seen on the Dyzplastic blog, we have a new Android mini collectible coming out on Tuesday! This year we’re skipping Halloween and going right to the Day of the Dead, with a great new design by our friends Ernesto and Carlos East, aka The Beast Brothers.

Out Out Damned Corn (Patient 0)

If you’re a long-time visitor to the site, you might remember my 2003 drawing “the Return of the Children of the Candy Corn of the Damned II“, well it only took 8 years, but I finally brought this little guy to.. life?

Comes in a 4″x7″ glass dome with wooden base.

There is a neodynium magnet embedded in his foot and in the base, he can also attach to most metal objects.

Damned Corn: Patient 0 will be available along with one other piece in the Stranger Factory’s Halloween show. Look for Patient 1 at Monstoberfest 2 at Rothick Art House.. and maybe there are a few more victims to come?
