I did today’s Goats Guest Comic!
A bunch of new stuff in the shop today, including 2 new shirts, a new tote bag and a 3 foot RUG!
Summer means Cyclone! Nathans Hot Dogs! Barfing! Nothing beats getting tossed around a rusty bucket at 50mph on a track that is held together primarily by spray paint, old gum and seagull droppings.
Just a quick update on what I’ve been up to lately and what’s coming up!
I’ll be at MoCCA’s Artsfest again this year with my Dumb Pals, We’ll also be at San Diego International Comic Con as usual, I believe we are at booth #1337 (for real, n3rds), and right after that I’ll be in LA for a joint art show with someone you know and love.. more details on that one shortly.
Coming very soon to the dead zebra shop:
- Creatures in my Head the 3 foot RUG!
- SeƱor Squid the T-Shirt
- Meditation T-Shirt
- EVOLOVE tote bag
- Never Look Back 1 & 2 restocks
And coming this summer, perhaps in time for SDCC.. maaaybe something made of vinyl.
P.S. I just finished drawing a guest strip for goats.com which will probably be live sometime this week. i totally cheated and it still took me all day. I don’t know how Jon does it every dang day!
Something I was considering in the shower today.. what is the best comic book sound effect ever? Is it the SCHNICT of a metal claw, the ZOT of a ray gun, the KA-CHUNG of impending doom, perhaps the THANG of a sword or the THWIPT of a web..
I imagine this question has as many answers as ‘who is the greatest superhero?’ (the tick). So, what is your ultimate comic book sound effect and why?
MEEP.
